30-Day Return Requests
Contact [email protected] within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason. Please obtain authorization and the return address before sending anything back. Send authorized returns within 14 calendar days of authorization.
Change-of-Mind Returns
Items must be unused, in their original condition and original packaging. You pay return shipping for a change of mind. Authorized returns go to elyorvewear, 1 Place Gabriel Faure, 60800 Crépy-en-Valois, France. This is an international return from the United States to France; consider this shipping cost before purchasing. There is no restocking fee.
Damage, Defects & Incorrect Items
If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us with your order number and details. Photos may help us assess the issue. Opening the package does not disqualify these claims. We cover return shipping when the issue is our error, damage, or a defect, and coordinate the appropriate resolution with you.
Refunds
After an authorized return is received and inspected, we will confirm whether the refund is approved.
